Homeless people deserve access to programs to help them out of homelessness. The majority of people who are homeless own a simple smart-phone. So, Root would be easily downloaded and use a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) to give them access to external websites to view and apply for jobs they select. When they first use the app, it will allow them to add skills to recommend open positions they already have skills for first. Root can also give them GPS directions (VR and default) if needed and provide them a place to upload, edit, and print their resumes.
